The Opportunity
We’re building something special, and we need a visual storyteller to capture it.
ReGenesis Equity Partners owns two exceptional St. Louis companies: Scobis Millwork + Design, specializing in custom architectural millwork and wood doors, and Classic Flooring Solutions, delivering high-quality flooring installations that transform spaces.
Our craftsmen create stunning, one-of-a-kind work. Our teams bring precision, pride, and personality to every project. But we’re not telling that story powerfully enough yet.
That’s where you come in.
This role starts part-time, but for the right person, there’s a clear path to full-time growth as we expand our portfolio. If you can consistently create content that drives engagement, brand equity, and results, we want to grow with you.
What You’ll Do
Be Our Visual Journalist
You’ll document the full lifecycle of our work, from the raw, high-tech energy of the production floor to the refined craftsmanship of finished installations. You’ll capture:
- The Process: Craftsman at work, machinery in motion, tools, techniques, and the artistry behind the build
- The Transformation: Job sites from start to finish--before, during and after.
- The People: On-camera interviews and testimonials with team members and clients that tell the Story of the Build
- The Product: Finished installations, showroom highlights, and the details that make our work exceptional
- The Culture: Behind-the-scenes moments that show who we are and what we stand for.
Create and Edit High-Quality Marketing Assets
You’ll produce and edit professional photo and video content that supports our annual campaign strategy and fuels our marketing, social media, and sales efforts.
- Work under creative direction from the CMO and marketing team, aligned to campaign priorities and brand guidelines
- Execute weekly shot lists while contributing creative initiative and ideas
- Edit content into polished deliverables: short-form video (Reels/Shorts-style edits) and edited photo selects optimized for web, print, and social
- Preferred editing tools: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for video; Lightroom and/or Photoshop for photo
- Deliver clean, high-quality lighting, framing, and audio at the point of capture
- Capture content used across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, the website, and sales materials
Own the Content Workflow
You’ll follow and maintain a clean, reliable workflow from shoot to delivery:
- Capture → Edit → Review → Deliver → Archive
- Create simple shot lists ahead of each shoot
- Deliver finished assets to the marketing/posting lead with recommended crops, sizing notes, and file names
- Upload, organize, label, and manage all raw and final files so the team has fast, reliable access
- Organize and improve existing content library — file naming, folder structure, selecting best assets, and re-editing older photos/video when possible
Work Independently in the Field
- Travel between facilities, active job sites, showrooms, and customer locations across the St. Louis area
- Coordinate directly with shop leads and project managers to capture content without disrupting production
- Manage your own shooting schedule based on marketing priorities and production needs
- Follow all shop-floor and job-site safety protocols without compromise
Who You Are
Required:
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and color
- Proficient in both photo and video capture using a DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Able to edit your own footage and photos to a finished, deliverable standard
- Confident directing people and conducting on-camera interviews
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time and workflow independently
- Comfortable working in an active production or shop environment; follows all PPE and safety requirements
- Reliable transportation for travel across the St. Louis area

- Portfolio featuring product, interiors, maker/craftsmanship, or brand-driven content
