Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer (Social Media Focus)

ANKR Agency is hiring a Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer to capture photo and video content for our client roster across the DFW Metroplex.

We're a full-service marketing agency working with brands across restaurants and BBQ, real estate and hard money lending, plumbing and home services, foundation and roofing, automotive detailing, and hospitality. No two shoot days look the same.

You'll be on location capturing brisket coming off the smoker one morning, filming a foundation-repair crew at a job site that afternoon, and shooting a podcast episode the next day. We need someone who can show up, capture great content, deliver clean assets, and grow with us into a full-time role.

What you'll do

• Shoot photo and video content on location across DFW for clients in restaurants, home services, real estate, automotive, and hospitality
• Capture social-first content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — Reels, Shorts, stories, ads, and brand content
• Film podcast episodes (multi-cam setups, lavalier audio, interview format)
• Edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok cuts, captions, b-roll, basic color and audio)
• Deliver final assets in the formats and aspect ratios we need: MP4 in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9, with the dimensions and bitrates each platform requires (4K appreciated when the project calls for it, but 1080p done well is the standard)
• Manage your own shot list, file organization, and turnaround timelines
• Travel across the DFW Metroplex — Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding cities

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that shows real range — food, people, products, environments
• Strong eye for natural light and composition; comfortable lighting interiors when the location won't cooperate
• Clean audio capture for interviews and podcasts (this matters as much as the picture)
• Solid editing in Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro — short-form first
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across DFW
• Owns their own camera, lenses, audio, and lighting kit (we can arrange rentals for specific shoots if needed — we'll go over this in person)
• Self-managed, communicates proactively, hits deadlines, and treats every client's brand like it's their own

Bonus points

• Experience filming food / restaurants
• Multi-cam podcast or interview production
• Drone / FAA Part 107 certification
• Photo retouching and product photography
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) — several of our clients serve Spanish-speaking audiences

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$60/hour, depending on experience, kit, and what you bring to the table
• Pay schedule: Net 7
• Travel: Mileage and travel expenses across DFW reimbursed
• Equipment: Bring your own kit; rentals arranged when a project requires gear beyond yours
• Job type: Contract to start, with a clear path to full-time for the right person
• Schedule: Project-based, days vary by client shoot calendar
