We're Hiring: Content Creator (Photography & Videography)

Location: Maryland & Delaware (Travel Required)

Do you have a passion for creating content that actually makes people stop scrolling?

We're looking for a talented Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both professional photography and videography who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You'll help tell the story of multiple premier fitness clubs through engaging social media content, marketing campaigns, member spotlights, events, and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

Capture professional photo and video content across multiple gym locations

Create engaging short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)

Photograph members, staff, facilities, equipment, and special events

Edit photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns

Collaborate with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life

Travel between club locations throughout Maryland and Delaware

Help maintain a consistent, premium visual brand across all locations

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Professional photography and videography experience

Experience operating professional Canon, Sony, Nikon, or similar camera systems

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling

Experience editing in software such as Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between club locations

A creative eye and a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for brands or businesses

Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video editing

Drone photography/videography (a plus)

Fitness industry experience (a plus)
