Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator and Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai.

This is a dynamic role combining luxury content creation, social media marketing, client engagement, and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to help expand our supplier network, increase inventory opportunities, and support online sales growth.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about luxury watches, jewellery, social media, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Photograph and film luxury watches, jewellery and other high-end products.
• Visit suppliers and partners to capture product content for marketing purposes.
• Create engaging reels, stories, product showcases and promotional content.
• Edit videos and images using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Assist with planning and scheduling social media content.
• Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers of luxury watches, jewellery and luxury goods.
• Source inventory opportunities from dealers, retailers, wholesalers and private collectors.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, email and telephone.
• Assist clients with product information and quotations.
• Follow up on sales leads and support the sales process.
• Attend meetings, networking events and industry functions when required.
• Support strategic growth initiatives across the business.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Experience filming and editing short-form video content.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
• Passion for luxury watches, jewellery and luxury lifestyle products.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Package & Benefits

• AED 5,000 monthly basic salary.
• Attractive uncapped sales commission structure.
• Expected earnings of AED 10,000+ per month for successful candidates.
