Role Overview:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing compelling, engaging, and high-quality content across all digital platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports branding, lead generation, and community engagement. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (video, text, photo, and graphics) for social media, website, email campaigns, and blogs
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns
• Produce short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Collaborate with real estate agents, photographers, and marketing teams to create listing presentations, virtual tours, and promotional material
• Track content performance metrics and optimize based on engagement and conversions
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and content tools
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual style

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, digital marketer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio of social media content, videos, and/or blog posts
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• A keen interest in real estate is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a strong advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
