Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging digital content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create high-quality photo and video content for property listings, agent branding, and company campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative storytelling that highlights our properties and services.
- Write captivating captions, blogs, and promotional copy aligned with brand tone and voice.
- Monitor content performance and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, social media algorithms, and creative tools to ensure fresh and relevant content.
- Assist in property shoots, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours for new listings.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive in the Dubai real estate industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience in producing video content and real estate photography.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market and real estate terminologies.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A creative portfolio or samples of past real estate content (required for application).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).
