Content Creator - Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Content Creator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will produce engaging, high-quality content that showcases our properties, projects, and brand across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for property listings, market updates, community highlights, and lifestyle content.
• Create high-quality visual and written content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for property tours, agent profiles, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and agents to gather requirements and deliver content that supports sales goals.
• Research trending content formats, hooks, and industry insights to improve engagement.
• Optimize content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, website).
• Assist with scriptwriting, captions, and storytelling that enhance brand identity.
• Ensure brand consistency in color, tone, style, and messaging.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, new project launches, and community developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong skills in video production, editing, and photography.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva).
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
