1. JOB PURPOSE
To create, manage, and deliver engaging multimedia content that enhances the company’s brand presence, promotes
property listings, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms. The Content Creator will use photography,
videography, and design to communicate the company’s value proposition effectively within the real estate market.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals for real estate projects.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and client testimonials.
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage and maintain content libraries and digital assets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Conduct on-site shoots, ensuring properties are showcased in their best light.
- Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and quality standards.
3. KPIs & MEASURE OF SUCCES
Technical Skills • Quality and creativity of produced content (photos, videos, graphics).
- Timeliness and efficiency in content delivery.
- Growth in social media engagement and reach.
Communication skills
- Responsiveness to feedback and revisions.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and company policies.
- Ensuring all produced materials meet copyright and licensing standards.
4. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum experience • 2-5 years of experience in content creation within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in design, photography, videography, and postproduction.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital trends,
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
