Content Creator (Real Estate & Lifestyle)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator to produce social media content across multiple real estate accounts. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver engaging content—especially short-form video.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit properties in-person to capture photo and video content
• Create engaging content for Instagram (Reels), TikTok, and other platforms
• Shoot high-quality lifestyle, amenity, and unit content
• Edit videos with trending audio, captions, and platform-native styles
• Collaborate with our team on content ideas and strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating content for social media
• Strong skills in iPhone or camera photography + video
• Proficiency in editing apps (CapCut, Adobe, InShot, etc.)
• Understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation for on-site shoots
• Creative eye for real estate, lifestyle, and branding
