Content Creator – Real Estate Storytelling

This role offers a unique opportunity for a creative professional to shape the visual and narrative identity of a real estate brand in Santa Monica, CA. The focus is on producing cinematic, emotionally resonant short-form content that stands out from traditional real estate marketing. The successful candidate will capture authentic lifestyle and office moments, edit engaging reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, and craft compelling captions and carousel posts. The position is freelance or part-time, with regular content shoots and monthly editing cycles, and is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and building a premium brand presence.

Deliverables

• Film and edit short-form video content (reels, stories, shorts) for multiple social platforms
• Capture lifestyle, office, and brand moments that convey authenticity and emotional connection
• Create engaging captions and carousel posts tailored to each platform
• Batch and deliver edited content monthly, ensuring consistency and quality
• Collaborate on content planning and creative direction to maintain a cinematic, premium feel
• Attend one content shoot per week or every other week in Santa Monica, CA
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, especially short-form video for social media
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps
• Demonstrated ability to tell stories visually and evoke emotion through content
• Keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand alignment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interest in entrepreneurship, lifestyle, design, or real estate is highly valued
• Based in or able to travel regularly to Santa Monica, CA for shoots
