Content Creator - Reel Maker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven Instagram Reel Maker to join our team. This role involves ideating, planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging reels on Instagram and WhatsApp to grow our digital brand presence. The ideal candidate is a content enthusiast who understands current trends, storytelling, and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation & Planning:
• Generate fresh, creative, and trend-driven ideas for Instagram Reels.
• Plan a content calendar aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences.
• Develop scripts, shot lists, and visual concepts.
• Shooting & Production:
• Shoot high-quality videos independently or with a small team.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.
• Use mobile or DSLR cameras as needed.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit short-form videos with engaging transitions, music, effects, captions, and branding.
• Use editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Publishing & Distribution:
• Post finished reels on Instagram and WhatsApp Business/Status in a timely manner.
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and timing for maximum engagement.
• Brand Growth & Strategy:
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and aesthetic.
• Monitor engagement metrics and iterate content based on performance.
• Stay updated with trends, competitors, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience creating Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (portfolio required).
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Familiarity with Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital branding and audience engagement.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing.
• Background in social media management or content strategy.
• Photography and graphic design skills.
