We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Reel Maker to produce high-impact short-form video content that strengthens product positioning, drives engagement, and generates qualified leads.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating high-performing reels for product/service marketing.
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention techniques, and platform algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, persuasive video narratives.
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of digital marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create Instagram Reels and short-form videos aligned with product marketing objectives.
• Translate product features, benefits, and USPs into compelling visual storytelling.
• Develop scripts, hooks, and CTAs focused on conversion.
• Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for engagement metrics (watch time, saves, shares, leads).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
• Track performance analytics and continuously improve content strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
