Content Creator (Reels/Photos)

Location: Puerto Rico (On-site shoots + occasional remote editing)

About the Role

At Tru Digital Agency, we are looking for a creative and reliable Photo/Video Content Creator who can handle both shooting and editing short-form content for our clients.

You will be responsible for creating high-performing Reels (15–30 seconds) that are visually engaging, fast-paced, and optimized for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

This is a consistent, long-term opportunity with a steady workflow across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site content shoots for clients (primarily social media content)
• Capture high-quality video and images using professional or mobile equipment
• Edit and deliver short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, photos)
• Apply trendy editing styles (cuts, captions, transitions, music, hooks)
• Ensure content aligns with each client’s brand and goals
• Deliver content on time and ready to post
• Collaborate with our team on content direction and ideas

Requirements

• Experience shooting and editing short-form social media content
• Strong understanding of Reels/TikTok style editing
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Own equipment (camera or high-quality smartphone)
• Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Reliable transportation for local shoots
• Strong communication and professionalism

Nice to Have

• Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Creative direction or storytelling skills
