The Role

Our company is growing, and we need help making content! We are looking to onboard someone early in their career who is interested in joining our small team, learning the ins and outs of the Hireline product, and making content to sell Hireline to interested prospects.

The primary responsibility of this role is to help produce short-form content and help with all things digital marketing.

You will:

• Script, film, and edit multiple pieces of short-form content per week
• Manage paid and organic marketing efforts
• Track performance from marketing efforts
• Participate in sales calls to understand our customers better

Onboarding & Ramp

You'll start with structured in-person onboarding in Houston with our small team. We'll help you learn the ins and outs of the Hireline product and teach you how to sell and communicate with incoming customers. We will teach you the ropes, but we are looking for someone who is willing to come in hungry to learn and open to feedback.

During ramp, you will:

• Learn the product
• Learn existing marketing funnels
• Begin making content
• Gradually increase content volume

After the onboarding period, the job becomes remote so long as performance targets are met.

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 per year

Annual Bonus: $10,000 per year

Top performers' bonus can exceed this amount.

Ideal Background

• Has experience making content in a B2B or B2C setting
• Has some experience with digital marketing
• Strong communicator with natural conversational ability
• Coachable and open to structured feedback
• Houston‑based for onboarding period
• Recruitment or HR background is a plus.
