Content Creator / Social Media Assistant (Full-Time

KPK Tint & PPF is a growing automotive tint, PPF, and ceramic coating shop in Spring, TX. We’re building our brand fast and want someone to help us show what’s happening inside the shop every day.

We’re not a corporate marketing company — we’re a hands-on shop doing real work every day, and we want someone who can help turn that into content people actually enjoy watching.

What This Job Is

This is a daily content creation role. You’ll be in the shop recording what’s going on and helping us post consistently across:

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube Shorts

We are NOT looking for a professional photographer or high-end videographer.

We are looking for someone who can use a phone, record simple content, edit short clips, and post consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Record daily content in the shop (tint, PPF, ceramic coating, customer reactions, etc.)
• Post consistently on all social platforms
• Create simple short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Help document before/after transformations
• Help grow the shop’s online presence
• Work with the team to capture whatever is happening that day

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using a phone to record and post content
• Active on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Consistent and reliable
• Creative and willing to learn
• Good attitude and easy to be around in a shop environment
• Can take direction but also think for themselves

No professional camera or photography experience required

No marketing degree required

No corporate social media experience required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
