Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and outgoing Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to manage and grow the social media presence of our three boating and entertainment brands through engaging content, storytelling, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is experienced with social media platforms, understands performance metrics, and enjoys interacting with guests and staff to capture authentic on-site experiences.This is the perfect position for someone who is looking for second income.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture and edit engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for social media
• Create and post on our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
• Collaborate weekly with Marketing Manager on content planning
• Promote our businesses at local events (e.g., Tampa Bay Lightning games)
• Engage with customers through social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality - must enjoy working with groups
• Hospitality or party boat experience a plus
• Some weekend availability required
• Proficient in social media platforms & photo/video editing apps
• Own reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
• Preferably located near downtown Tampa
• Comfortable working outdoors and on boats
