Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Growth Specialist who can independently create engaging social media content from idea to publication. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, video storytelling, audience psychology, and platform algorithms, and can consistently produce content that increases reach, engagement, and registrations.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy

• Research trends and develop content ideas with viral potential.
• Create monthly content calendars.
• Identify opportunities relevant to marriage, relationships, family life, and matchmaking.

Script Writing

• Write engaging scripts for Reels, Shorts, and videos.
• Develop strong hooks and calls-to-action.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.

Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos using smartphone (iPhone preferred).
• Record interviews, testimonials, events, and educational content.
• Appear on camera when required.

Video Editing & Design

• Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools.
• Create attractive thumbnails and graphics using Canva or equivalent software.
• Add captions, transitions, effects, and branding elements.

Social Media Management

• Publish content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms.
• Monitor performance and improve content strategy based on analytics.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and messages.
• Encourage audience participation and engagement.
• Support campaigns, live sessions, and social media initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms.
• Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social media tools.
• Strong Urdu and English communication skills.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling ability.
• Understanding of content performance metrics and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with personal brands, media companies, startups, or social platforms.
• Knowledge of AI content creation tools.
• Experience creating content in the relationship, family, lifestyle, education, or matrimonial niche.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience, portfolio and replies to the questions asked in the job post.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
