About the Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator, Social Media Handler, and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and producing high-quality videos that enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards for short-form and long-form video content
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos optimized for various digital platforms
- Design and curate visual content (photos, graphics, reels, and stories) consistent with brand identity
- Manage social media pages: posting schedules, community engagement, analytics, and growth tracking
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure brand relevance
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaign goals
- Analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Editor / Social Media Manager
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual design skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio production is a plus
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience with influencer collaborations or paid social media campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
