Content Creator & Social Media Intern for Travel Festival Brand

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Short Form Content Creator & Video Editor to help bring our travel festival brands to life across TikTok and Instagram.

Our company produces millennial culture driven travel events, including the 2000s themed Wave Jam Cruise and the Summer Rewind Weekend resort experience. This role is fully focused on creating and editing engaging digital content that drives visibility, excitement, and bookings.

Responsibilities (Content-Centered)

• Edit short form videos for TikTok and Instagram using provided footage and brand assets
• Transform newsletters, updates, and announcements into engaging video content
• Add captions, trending audio, transitions, and visual hooks
• Repurpose past event footage into high energy promotional clips
• Create graphics and simple motion content using Canva or similar tools
• Identify relevant trends and suggest creative angles that align with brand voice
• Maintain a consistent content schedule and organized file system

Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
• Understands pacing, hooks, and retention strategies in short form content
• Detail oriented with strong visual instincts
• Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Interested in travel, music, nostalgia culture, and live events

Commission-Based: Earn commission tied to bookings that can be attributed to content campaigns. Bonuses available for hitting content production goals and engagement benchmarks. High performers may transition into paid contract or long term roles.
