About the Role

We’re seeking a high-energy Content Creator & Social Media Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn ideas into action. This role isn’t just about posting, it’s about owning the full social media and content engine, bringing creative ideas to the table, and moving quickly to produce, test, and optimize campaigns.

You’ll be the activator who drives engagement: capturing and editing video testimonials on the fly, launching compelling campaigns, and tracking outreach to ensure we’re reaching the right audiences. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with our brand, campaigns, and messaging across every platform.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Quickly develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including video testimonials, patient stories, podcasts, webinars, and branded narratives
  • Own the full video production process, planning, filming, editing, and publishing, with agility and speed
  • Write and design across formats such as newsletters, brochures, landing pages, and blog posts
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging bite-sized posts, reels, and stories that resonate with target demographics

Social Media Strategy & Ownership

  • Take full ownership of FMI’s social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Create and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines in a fast-moving environment
  • Lead all social campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid ads, while staying nimble to pivot strategies as needed
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics
  • Identify and target key demographic groups, managing outreach strategies and tracking success metrics

Collaboration & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure content is fully aligned with brand standards, campaigns, and messaging across all platforms
  • Partner with teams to source stories, content, and promotional opportunities
  • Support live events, recording testimonials and creating share-ready content in real time
  • Bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table and contribute to overall campaign planning
  • Use performance data to recommend optimizations and refine future campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all content

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or social media management
  • Strong, proven skills in fast, creative video and audio editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and execute campaigns quickly, from concept through tracking
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability across platforms
  • Familiarity with digital platforms like Canva, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and social analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Background in healthcare or passion for wellness and functional medicine is a plus
