We've built our reputation on precision technology, transparent service, and 30+ years of industry expertise. Now we're looking for someone to bring that story to life across every screen.

The Role

We're hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Lead to own our digital presence end to end across both brands. You'll plan, film, edit, and publish content that showcases our products, our franchisees in the field, and the technology that sets us apart — from short-form social video to polished ads and direct mail creative.

This is a hands-on, full-stack content role. You'll be on job sites with our techs/trainees filming product demos, and on location at our training facility in Winnetka, CA capturing real work — then turning all of it into scroll-stopping campaigns across every channel.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our social channels across both brands (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads)
  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with product launches, franchise growth, and seasonal demand
  • Film on-site content at job sites, in the shop, and on location
  • Write, record, and edit video advertisements
  • Design mailer advertisements and direct-response print creative to support franchise marketing
  • Track performance metrics across platforms and optimize based on what's actually working
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline production and scale output across multiple markets

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of social media management experience
  • Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Your own camera equipment — cameras, lenses, audio, lighting
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency across two distinct brands
  • Comfort working independently, hitting deadlines, and managing your own production pipeline

Logistics

  • Location: On-site in Agoura Hills, CA — must live within a 20-mile radius
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience
