We are a Los Angeles–based crystal brand specializing in high-quality crystals and spiritual lifestyle products. Our community connects with us through Instagram live sales, engaging social media content, and curated in-person events.

We are looking for a bilingual, confident, and creative team member to help grow our online presence and lead live sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Host Instagram live sales in Mandarin and English
• Present and explain crystal products confidently on camera
• Take product photos and videos for Instagram posts and reels
• Create engaging social media content
• Brainstorm and execute monthly promotional campaigns
• Engage with followers via comments and messages
• Pack and ship customer orders
• Assist with inventory organization
• Occasionally work and support weekend seminars or in-person events

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Occasionally weekend support for seminars and events
• Alternative weekday(s) off will be provided when weekend work is required

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
• Previous live sales or live streaming experience strongly preferred
• Social media content creation experience
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Basic knowledge of crystals or interest in metaphysical products
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work on-site in Chino Hills, CA

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
