Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s digital presence. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase visibility.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to boost reach and engagement through Facebook Advertising.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships and foster community loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Proofread all content meticulously for accuracy, tone consistency, and grammatical correctness before publishing.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously enhance our social media presence.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in social media management across diverse platforms with a strategic approach to content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual storytelling.
  • Experience with video editing software for producing engaging multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles combined with keyword research techniques to improve organic reach.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for efficient campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising aimed at audience targeting and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and aligned with branding standards.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers authentically and professionally.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms for integrating social media efforts with online sales initiatives.
  • Photography skills for capturing high-quality images that enhance visual storytelling efforts.
