Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll be producing engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and more , with a focus on western fashion and lifestyle.

You'll be working closely with us to develop content ideas together. That said, we'd love someone who also comes to the table with their own inspiration — someone who keeps an eye on trends and gets excited about bringing new concepts to life. A passion for western style, boots, hats, or that whole aesthetic is a huge plus.

Duties

• Produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms on a regular basis
• Appear on camera as needed, we're looking for someone comfortable and natural in front of the lens
• Help develop and pitch content ideas, trends, and creative concepts alongside our team
• Stay current on social media trends especially within fashion and western lifestyle spaces and bring those insights back to us
• Create TikTok Shop content including product features, reviews, and shoppable videos
• Design basic graphics for posts, stories, and branded visuals using tools like Canva
• Help manage posting schedules and keep content consistent across channels

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram SEO best practices and keyword research
• Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video a portfolio or profile to share is ideal
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop (product tagging, shoppable content, or affiliate tools)
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• A genuine interest in or experience with western fashion, country lifestyle, or related aesthetics
• Someone who enjoys following trends and thinking creatively about content
• Basic graphic design skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage their own workload
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Experience with social media analytics or growing an account
• Background in fashion, retail, or lifestyle content creation
