Position Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager


Position Overview


Candidates with experience in luxury furniture campaigns are preferred. This role is responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy to communicate the brand's story, values, and creativity, while engaging an ultra-high net worth, luxury-focused audience across all major platforms. The position demands proven expertise in content creation, campaign management, and digital engagement-requiring the ability to curate compelling visuals and messages, coordinate with creative teams, monitor industry trends, and grow an interactive global community. Candidates should bring at least 7-10 years' social media management experience, strong analytics skills, and a passion for luxury, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Dubai-based environment, offering clear progression opportunities in social media leadership

Position Objective

  • Communicate brand story, values, and creativity to expand global community
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with brand positioning
  • Drive engagement and organic growth across all platforms targeting Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI)
  • Requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep grasp of luxury social media trends


Job Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies
  • Skilled in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand dynamics and HNI/UHNI behavior
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient with social media management and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics
  • Passion for the luxury industry and luxury clients
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Innovative, proactive approach to problem-solving



Major Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy adapted to brand communication goals
  • Create social media calendars with daily, weekly, and monthly content plans in coordination with the visual/graphic team
  • Schedule posts around key dates, campaigns, and holidays
  • Oversee design and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency


Content Creation & Curation

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, graphics, text) for each platform reflecting brand aesthetics
  • Design Instagram messaging, tone of voice, and a consistent framework for all channels
  • Establish an active conversation base by engaging with relevant accounts and planning daily Instagram stories


Community Management

  • Build, nurture, and engage an online community through regular interaction
  • Foster and grow a community that embodies the brand's story and values
  • Experience in influencer management platforms and CRM tools for relationship building
  • Deep understanding of paid advertising, targeted campaigns, and audience segmentation for luxury/UHNI brands


Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Experiment with new features and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics for performance measurement
  • Experience in A/B testing and data-driven content and campaign optimisation


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; Master's or Fine Arts (digital/media) preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years in social media management, including 4 years in the luxury or similar high-end sector


Additional Details

  • Role based in Dubai; occasional travel may be required
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Reports to Brand Director
  • Annual salary (including performance bonus)
