Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Content Creator & SMO Specialist who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. You’ll be responsible for creating, planning, and optimizing engaging social media content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Record and participate in video shoots, reels, and photo sessions for brand content.
• Write catchy captions, scripts, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone.
• Schedule and manage daily posting and engagement on social media.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaigns and visual content.
• Monitor analytics to improve performance and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, management, or SMO.
• Confidence in front of the camera for short video or reel recordings.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and content editing basics.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Meta tools, YouTube Shorts, or SEO basics is a plus.
