Content Creator & Social Media Representative

We are a fast-growing home remodeling and interior design company, known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a highly creative and driven in-house Content Creator who can tell our story visually and represent our brand across all digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about content, confident on camera, and experienced in video production and social media marketing.

About the Role

This is a creative leadership role. You will be the face of the company online — capturing our projects, team, and customers, and turning that footage into polished, engaging content. You'll be working in the field (job sites, customer homes, project meetings) and in the studio, filming and editing stories that show the transformation and beauty of our remodeling work.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and photograph remodeling and design projects, both in-progress and completed.
• Interview clients, subcontractors, and project managers to capture real, authentic content.
• Represent the company on camera with professionalism and personality.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Post consistently across platforms, following a content calendar.
• Run Facebook/Meta ads, monitor performance, and adjust based on data.
• Collaborate with the owner to shape and execute the creative direction of the brand.
• Tell compelling visual stories that highlight our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with trends in social media and content marketing.
• Manage digital assets, organize footage, and maintain an efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of content creation and video editing experience, preferably in remodeling, design, or construction.
• Strong portfolio showing your ability to tell visual stories.
• Confident and articulate on camera.
• Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Experienced in filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, using stabilizers, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Deep understanding of storytelling for social media.
• Experience running Facebook/Meta ads and interpreting results.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Bonus: Experience in or strong interest in home remodeling, interior design, or construction industries.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
