Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bettendorf, IA, for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist. The specialist will develop, manage, and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms, design engaging graphic materials, and write compelling copy for marketing campaigns. They will monitor social media channels, interact with users, and track analytics to optimize engagement and reach. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and ensuring brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Copywriting
• Skills in Layout Design, and Visual Storytelling
• Understanding of Social Media Analytics, Performance Metrics, and SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Content Scheduling Tools and Social Media Platforms
• Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills
• Creativity with an eye for detail
• Experience with Marketing Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years experience in content creation or social media marketing
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
• Creative thinker with strong marketing instincts
• Familiar with social media trends and viral content
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Self-motivated and able to execute ideas independently

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year depending on experience

Additional pay: quarterly performance bonuses available based on content performance, engagement growth, and marketing lead generation.

On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $65,000+ with performance bonuses

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
