About the Role

Golden Properties is a growing residential property management company focused on high-quality homes and delivering a great experience for both owners and residents.

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who understands how to create engaging content and bring a brand to life online. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, self-driven, and highly comfortable with social media platforms—and who enjoys both capturing content in the field and turning it into polished, consistent posts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture photo and video content of homes, properties, and day-to-day operations
• Create and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit videos and photos for both long-form and short-form content
• Write captions and post content consistently
• Help develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and reach
• Maintain a consistent, professional, and on-brand presence across all channels

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience creating and editing content (video + photo)
• Ability to self-manage and execute once direction is given
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Clear communication and reliability
• Comfortable being in the field capturing content regularly
• Portfolio, personal brand, or examples of past content preferred

Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable)

• Experience growing or managing a social media account
• Meta/Google Ads experience
• Basic knowledge of real estate or property management
• Ability or interest in supporting property showings, inspections, or field work for additional hours
• SEO Optimization Knowledge
