Content Creator & Social Media Strategist

Do you love creating content, spotting trends, and figuring out what makes people take action?

We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to help us grow our brand and generate more leads through organic content.

This isn't a desk job where you'll spend all day scheduling posts. You'll be in the office planning content, in the field, helping shape the content strategy behind a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Work with our in-house marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement
• Capture photo and video content in the field
• Create and execute social media content strategies
• Film customer testimonials, installations, and educational content
• Appear on camera when appropriate
• Work with our in-house editors to produce finished content
• Stay on top of trends and adjust content strategies accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating content for social media
• Experience filming and editing videos
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Clean driving record

Bonus Points For

• Experience growing social media accounts
• Understanding of marketing, lead generation, and customer buying behavior
• Photography, graphic design, or copywriting experience
• Home service or construction industry experience

Compensation Structure

• $70,000 - $75,000 starting salary based on experience
