Content Creator (Social & Short Form Video)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team and take ownership of our short-form video and social media presence. This role will be responsible for capturing, creating, and editing engaging content that highlights our services, team, and company culture across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

You’ll work both independently and alongside our team in the field to document real projects, day-to-day operations, and behind-the-scenes moments, turning them into compelling content that supports brand awareness, recruiting efforts, and overall growth. The ideal candidate is someone who stays on top of trends, is comfortable on job sites, and can consistently produce high-quality, engaging content in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Create original social media content (video, photo, written) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Capture real-world content on-site at stores, job sites, events, and customer locations
  • Manage social posting schedules, engagement, and brand voice
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights
  • Stay current on social trends and emerging platforms
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and E-Commerce teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Tell compelling stories that reflect our culture, values, and customer experience

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital media
  • Proven ability to create short-form video and engaging social content
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and audience trends
  • Comfortable working independently and capturing unscripted, in-the-moment content
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail, construction, and/ or B2B industries
  • Basic editing, design, or motion graphics skills
  • Experience with social analytics and scheduling tools
  • Comfort appearing on camera when necessary

This is a hybrid, field-driven role requiring regular time in stores, job sites, warehouses, and events—perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and capturing real experiences.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
