Content Creator – Sports Media (On-Camera Talent)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and sports-obsessed Content Creator to join our growing team. If you live and breathe sports, have on-camera or social media Creator experience, and are hungry for an opportunity to be part of something big, this is your shot. This role is for someone who wants to be the face of content and build their online brand —breaking down games, reacting to news, creating viral moments, and connecting with passionate sports fans across platforms.

Important Details:

This is a commission based role, we need to create your online brand, build an audience, and then we will work to sell sponsorships within your content, this is a long time and requires someone who is both ambitious and patient.

What You’ll Do:

• Create original sports content across a wide range of topics and formats (reactions, breakdowns, hot takes, storytelling, live hits, etc.)
• Appear regularly on camera—on our YouTube shows, creating social clips (Reels, TikToks, etc.), live streams, or branded content
• Work closely with producers, editors, and designers to bring your ideas to life
• Develop content that works across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Help shape the voice and tone of our sports coverage
• Promote your content on your personal social media pages in addition to our company-owned pages

What We’re Looking For:

• A demo reel or examples of previous on-camera work that show confidence, personality, and sports knowledge
• Versatility across multiple sports—not just football or basketball, but a willingness to dive into whatever is trending
• Passion for creating entertaining, informative, or viral content
• A desire to grow with a team that's building something special
• Ability to pitch ideas, follow trends, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of how to leverage social media algorithms

Not Necessary, but looking for:

• Editing or scripting experience
• A unique content voice or niche you bring to the table
• Understanding of internet culture and what drives engagement
• Existing social media following or personal brand

Pay: $1.00 - $500.00 per month
