Content Creator & TikTok Live Sales Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time) – UTC Mall Flagship Store

Inspiration Co. is hiring Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa’s boldest creators to join our flagship store at University Town Center Mall. If you’re obsessed with live-selling, viral short-form content, and turning empowerment into revenue, we need you on the team—full-time or part-time.

The Role:

• Host high-energy TikTok Lives daily to drive instant sales and build a raving community.
• Create thumb-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Stories that scream Inspiration Co.’s mission: empowerment, creativity, unapologetic confidence.
• Collaborate on trends, scripts, and in-store activations to grow the brand and smash sales goals.
• Engage shoppers during live streams, styling sessions, and pop-up events for shoppable, immersive experiences.
