Content Creator - Video Editor - Land Sales

Job Summary

Duties

• Develop high-quality video content including property tours, promotional videos, and social media clips using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid.
• Capture stunning photography and videography of properties, neighborhoods, and events to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Edit photos with tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge to produce polished images that highlight property features.
• Incorporate typography, graphic design elements, and post-production techniques to ensure visual consistency and professional quality in all content.
• Film on-site footage using videography best practices, ensuring high production value while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation within a fast-paced environment, preferably in real estate or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Cinema 4D
• Demonstrated ability in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, and graphic design principles.
• Knowledge of photography techniques including lighting, composition, and camera operation for capturing compelling visuals.
• Experience in filming on location with an understanding of videography best practices for real estate or commercial projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
