Content Creator / Videographer

Upright Property Group is an international real estate brand operating across global markets. Alongside our group partners and affiliated businesses, we also produce content for lifestyle and luxury supercar initiatives.

We are seeking a Content Creator / Videographer to join our media and marketing team in Dubai. This role will support the creation of high-quality short-form content across real estate, luxury supercars, and premium lifestyle material for our brands and select clients.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across our social and digital platforms. This is an on-ground, fast-paced creative role that requires someone who is proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple environments including property tours, car features, events, and investor-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Film short-form videos daily across real estate, luxury supercar, and lifestyle categories
• Edit Reels, TikToks, and short videos with hooks, captions, and transitions
• Create storyboards, ideas, scripts, and creative concepts for social campaigns
• Produce “day in the life,” behind-the-scenes, and client-profile content
• Prepare captions, hashtags, and social copy for posting
• Manage content library and publishing timelines
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated with social trends and apply them creatively

Requirements

✅ Must be currently based in Dubai
✅ Must have valid UAE residency — no visa sponsorship available
✅ Proven experience filming and editing short-form video
✅ Strong command of CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
✅ Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends and viral formats
✅ Strong creative eye for visual storytelling and branding
✅ Confident filming in high-end environments and public settings
✅ Flexible with schedule to support shoots and events as required
