Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile Content Creator to handle end-to-end video production and editing. This is a technical, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for capturing and editing professional-grade content ranging from social media reels and YouTube features to real estate walkthroughs and brand videos.
While our portfolio includes luxury listings and exotic automotive brands, the daily reality of this position involves a high volume of diverse shoots. We are looking for a professional who brings the same level of focus and quality to every project, regardless of the price point or prestige of the asset.
Key Responsibilities

• Production: Execute on-site video and photo shoots using company-provided professional equipment (cinema cameras, lighting, and audio gear).
• Editing: Process raw footage into polished deliverables for various platforms (horizontal and vertical formats).
• Collaboration: Work alongside the creative team during weekly project reviews and brainstorms to refine output and maintain brand standards.
• Client Relations: Represent In-Gear Media on-site, communicating effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Internal Branding: Assist in the production of internal marketing content to promote In-Gear Media’s services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Final Cut Pro is required. Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite is a significant plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between different shooting styles/tempos and editing rhythms (e.g., fast-paced social edits vs. cinematic real estate tours).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and constructive feedback professionally.
• Reliability: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
