Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator/Videographer who will be responsible for producing engaging video and photo content for the company and its agents. The ideal candidate will help build brand awareness by developing content that highlights our services, properties, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and company branding
• Film and edit videos for property tours, agent branding, company promotions, and events
• Work directly with agents and management to plan and produce engaging content
• Capture and edit photos for listings, social media posts, and marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content ideas aligned with the brand
• Manage and organize digital content, footage, and media files
• Stay updated with trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Ensure consistent branding across all visual and digital materials
• Support the marketing team with any additional creative tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar creative role
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and photography
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them efficiently
• Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and branding
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Real estate content experience is a plus
• Portfolio or samples of work required
