Content Creator / Videographer / Photographer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator / Videographer / Photographer to visually showcase our interior decoration, joinery, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that reflects the craftsmanship, design excellence, and project execution standards of the company.

This role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s brand presence, digital marketing efforts, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography & Videography

• Capture professional photos and videos of on going and completed interior, joinery, and fit-out projects.
• Conduct site shoots during project progress and final handover stages.
• Shoot:
• Before & after transformations
• Project walkthrough videos
• Time-lapse installation videos
• Detail shots of joinery craftsmanship
• Client testimonial videos
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and styling during shoots

2. Content Creation & Editing

• Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects.
• Add branding elements (logo, intro/outro, subtitles, transitions).
• Create short-form content for:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• YouTube Shorts
• Develop engaging storytelling content around projects.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing strategy.
• Write captions relevant to:
• Interior trends
• Joinery craftsmanship
• Fit-out execution process
• Material finishes
• Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms.
• Manage posting schedules and monitor engagement performance.

4. Branding & Marketing Support

• Maintain brand consistency in visuals and tone.
• Design marketing materials such as:
• Brochures
• Project portfolios
• Company profile presentations
• Support sales team with visual content for proposals and tenders.
• Assist in exhibition/event coverage.

5. Project Documentation

• Archive and organize project media library.
• Maintain structured folders for:
• Raw footage
• Edited content
• Project references
• Coordinate with Project Managers to schedule site shoots.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Photography, Film Production, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in:
• Interior Design
• Architecture
• Construction
• Real Estate
• Portfolio demonstrating interior project shoots is mandatory.
• MUST be Arabic speaker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
