The Role We're hiring a full-time Content Creator & Videographer to own our social media presence and visual storytelling. If you live and breathe short-form video, know what performs on Instagram and TikTok, and have a portfolio that proves it — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Film, edit, and post engaging video and photo content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute social media campaigns in collaboration with team leadership
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and property content
• Write copy for social posts, campaigns, and property descriptions
• Produce and manage a weekly email newsletter
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on performance
• Monitor DMs and provide responsive social media customer support
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video production and social media content creation
• A strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, design, and social media work (required to be considered)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of platform analytics and what drives growth
• Strong copywriting and graphic design skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus — not a dealbreaker

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• $40,000/year
• In-person position based in Miami
