Content Creator – YouTube & TikTok | Full-Time | C. A. House Music

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid after 90 days

Compensation: Hourly (based on experience) + performance incentives

Do you live on YouTube and TikTok? Know what makes people click, watch, and come back? We're looking for someone to take ownership of our video content and help our channel grow.

C. A. House Music is hiring a full-time Content Creator to run our YouTube and TikTok channels. We're moving into long-form content and need someone who can handle the entire process.

If you're a musician who also creates content, this job was made for you! Our ideal candidate speaks the language, is passionate about music, and can connect with players through the screen.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post YouTube and TikTok content
• Handle photo editing for thumbnails and visual assets
• Develop content ideas that connect with musicians, gear enthusiasts, and buyers
• Track performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with store staff to highlight gear, artists, and stories worth telling
• Appear on camera as a regular presence across YouTube and TikTok content

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience/knowledge of operating cameras, lighting, and pro audio equipment
• Proficient in video editing software - Adobe Premiere preferred, but other professional tools considered
• Comfortable and natural on camera
• Experience creating YouTube and/or TikTok content (show us your work)
• Understands long-form video including pacing, structure, and retention. Comfortable reading and acting on analytics.
• Very Strong Preference: guitar proficiency, enough to demonstrate on camera
