We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Content Creators/Journalists/Reporters who are passionate about storytelling, want to start their career in the alternative media industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking fresh, creative, and motivated individuals to join our team as Content Creators/Journalists/Reporters . You will be responsible for researching, writing, and producing engaging content for our online and digital platforms. You’ll be involved in capturing content from various locations across Bangalore and Karnataka with interviews, podcasts, research, and writing articles/content and publishing the same on our various digital/online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread articles, blogs, social media posts, and other digital content for our website and social channels.

· Research: Conduct in-depth research on topics, industry trends, and current events to create fact-based, accurate, and engaging content.

· Content Ideation: Brainstorm and develop unique content ideas, concepts, and themes that resonate with our target audience.

· Multimedia Production: Assist in creating multimedia content (photos, videos, podcasts, etc.) for various platforms, ensuring high-quality standards.

· Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, engaging with the audience, and helping to grow the channel.

· Collaboration: Work with tech teams, editors, and managers to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall content strategy.

Qualifications:

· A fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, or a related field.

· A genuine passion for writing, digital media, and storytelling.

· Good knowledge of social media platforms, blogs, and digital content.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi

· A keen eye for detail, including spelling, grammar, and tone.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Familiarity with social media engagement, content management systems (CMS), and SEO is an advantage.
