Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, implement effective social media strategies, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement to elevate our brand’s online reputation and foster meaningful relationships with our community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics analysis for campaign optimization.
  • Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent online presence.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO practices to improve content discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive brand image through strategic communication efforts.
  • Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and web analytics.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for public relations and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
  • Understanding of social listening techniques and digital marketing principles.
