As the Design Delivery Business Unit continues to scale and innovate, the role of Content Delivery Lead becomes crucial in ensuring that content is not only well-crafted but also strategically aligned with our vision. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of content that serves to engage, inform, and resonate with target audiences. As a content-focused leader, this role is pivotal in creating and driving high-impact content strategies across multiple platforms, using cutting-edge technologies like AI and prompt engineering to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation.

This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong grasp of both creative and technical writing processes. The Content Delivery Lead will work closely with the design and development teams, ensuring that content aligns with design principles while supporting key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Professional Content Writing: Produce high-quality written content for a variety of platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

AI Prompting: Collaborate with AI tools and systems to generate high-quality content that meets business and design requirements.

Collaboration (Onboarding the Team): Lead and onboard new team members, ensuring they are aligned with content guidelines, processes, and expectations

Self-Organized & Communication: Manage time and tasks independently while ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

Storytelling: Use compelling storytelling techniques to engage audiences and communicate key messages across multiple channels.

Technical Writing: Create well-structured, concise, and user-friendly technical documents that convey complex information clearly.

Prompt Engineering: Design, refine, and implement AI prompts to optimize content generation tools.

Technology: Stay updated with the latest trends in content technology and incorporate innovative solutions to improve content delivery and efficiency.
