Content Designer – Panjea Designs / Misfit Panda

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer to lead content creation across our digital channels: Misfit Panda’s Instagram page, Website, Meta Ads, LinkedIn company page, and the Founder’s public Instagram account.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create static posts, carousels, reels, and stories for Instagram.

- Design creative assets for Meta Ads (static + video).

- Manage and design content for the company’s LinkedIn page.

- Create aesthetic and storytelling-led content for the founder’s Instagram page.

- Build monthly content calendars.

- Create homepage banners for the Misfit Panda website.

- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

- Edit short-form videos for social media.

Skills & Requirements:

- 2 – 4 years of experience in content design/social media design.

- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, layout, colour theory.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and basic video editing.

- Experience designing for Instagram and Meta Ads (mandatory).

- Ability to create minimal, sleek, premium-looking content.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with D2C, lifestyle, or fashion brands.

- Understanding of performance marketing and social trends.

- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
