We are looking for an experienced Content Designer & Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital shelf excellence across top-priority markets. Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, and cross-functional/global teams to identify micro-occasions that drive unique consumption or purchase moments for Coca-Cola and other brands in our top markets.

Design and adapt high-impact content that adheres to brand guidelines and is tailored for platform specific activations across both eRetail and FSA digital shelves in priority countries.

Source and localize ready-made assets (language, pack updates, etc.), updating A+ content and enhancing product detail pages to strengthen the digital shelf presence and improve conversion rates in both channels.

Audit and continuously optimize digital shelf elements (titles, keywords, images, rich content, ratings & reviews) to boost search visibility and share of shelf across key markets.

Ensure combo availability is accurately represented and easy to shop on all relevant platforms.

Resize and adapt national campaign visuals and create graphics/visual assets for Brand Stores, performing color corrections and updating image callouts as needed to maintain brand consistency, while collaborating on new activation ideas leveraging OU/brand occasions.

Bachelorโs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

4+ yearsโ experience in eCommerce, digital content creation, performance marketing, and digital shelf management/optimization across eRetail and FSA.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams, building strong partnerships across markets and functions.

Good understanding of UX drivers, SEO, and A/B testing methodologies

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
