Job Requirements – Content Writer / Content Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Arabic, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing or content development, preferably within a Real Estate Developer, Property Consultancy, or Marketing Agency handling real estate clients.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) with the ability to write high-quality, creative, and error-free content in both languages.
• Proven experience in creating content for real estate projects, property listings, brochures, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword usage, and digital content strategies.

Job Description / Responsibilities – Content Writer / Content Developer

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive English and Arabic content for real estate marketing materials, including brochures, project descriptions, websites, blogs, press releases, and social media posts.
• Write clear and compelling content for property listings, project launches, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, creative, and sales teams to understand project goals and craft content that supports campaign objectives.
• Create storylines and narratives for real estate projects that highlight unique features, lifestyle benefits, and value propositions.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
