About the Job

We are a growing consumer products company based in Dubai, selling our own branded products on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, as well as promoting them across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.

We are looking for a performance-driven Content Developer who can create images and videos that increase conversions and engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning fast, and using modern AI tools to create digital assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Content (Amazon Focus)

Create product images, infographics, and videos for Amazon listings

• Improve conversion through better visual communication
• Update creatives based on performance and feedback
• Support A+ content and brand visuals

Social Media Content

• Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Pins)
• Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Develop engaging hooks and visual concepts
• Maintain consistent brand look and feel

AI & Tools

• Use AI tools to speed up and improve content creation(Canva AI, CapCut, Adobe tools, ChatGPT, image/video AI tools)
• Quickly learn and adopt new tools and trends

Performance & Improvement

Focus on engagement and conversion, not just design

• Learn from data and continuously improve content
• Execute quickly and test new ideas regularly

Key Performance Indicators

Improvement in Amazon conversion rates

• Engagement on social media (watch time, saves, comments)
• Quality and speed of content output
• Ability to test, learn, and optimize creatives

Requirements

Experience creating digital images and videos

• Strong visual sense and storytelling ability
• Comfortable shooting basic product videos on a phone
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Willingness to learn AI tools and new software
• Positive attitude and ability to take feedback

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience with Amazon or e-commerce content

• Knowledge of short-form video trends
• Basic copywriting skills
• Experience with consumer products

Experience & Education

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred

• Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome
• Degree is not mandatory; skills and mindset matter more

Age Group

Typically 22–35 years (flexible for the right candidate)
