The Content Development Specialist will support the creation and execution of ALX Egypt's marketing and social media content. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role focuses on producing high-quality multimedia content that supports marketing campaigns, community storytelling, and program promotion. The role requires a hands-on creator who can independently produce digital assets including short-form videos, social media visuals, and occasional print-ready materials such as event collateral and flyers. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts with practical production skills and is comfortable executing content from concept to final output.
This role is full-time.
Due to the considerable amount of virtual working and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential. As an employee, you will be encouraged to continually develop your capability & attain certifications to reflect your growth as an individual.
