We’re looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to create scroll-stopping content, manage cross-channel campaigns, and bring ideas to life through smart digital execution for service-based businesses. If you can write a strong caption, cut an engaging short-form video, and launch an ad campaign that performs, this is the role for you.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management (Top Priority)

  • Create and manage content for service-based businesses across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Write and schedule posts that engage, inform, and inspire audiences while staying on-brand for each client.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, incorporating trends, holidays, and campaign goals.
  • Produce and edit short-form vertical videos and reels for RMS and client brands.
  • Design branded graphics, carousels, and visual assets using Canva (or similar tools).
  • Write light, conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.

2. Campaign Execution & Digital Implementation (Secondary Priority)

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create ad assets and test variations to improve results.
  • Build and optimize landing pages in WordPress, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.
  • Set up and deploy email campaigns, automations, and workflows using tools like HubSpot, Bonzo, or Mailchimp.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize for ROI, and prepare reports that tell the story behind the data.

3. Client Communication & Collaboration (Tertiary Priority)

  • Conduct occasional 1:1 client check-ins via Zoom to review performance, upcoming initiatives, and content strategy.
  • Present data and insights in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the RMS team to ensure consistent delivery across design, copy, and campaign execution.

4. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices.
  • Experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation for service-based businesses (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content and social campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Bonzo, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone across brands.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and cross-channel marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Highly organized and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $53,589.02 - $64,537.31 per year
