We are looking for a Content Director to help transform Zonli from a product brand into a category-defining lifestyle brand.

ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute Zonli's content strategy across all channels
  • Define and evolve the Floor Living brand narrative
  • Build content pillars around:
  • Sleep & Recovery
  • Floor Living
  • Minimalist Living
  • Wellness & Movement
  • Japandi Lifestyle

Content Planning

  • Lead monthly content calendars and campaign planning
  • Create seasonal and product launch storytelling
  • Coordinate content production with creators, photographers, and designers

Organic Growth

  • Drive growth across:
  • Instagram
  • Pinterest
  • YouTube
  • Blog
  • Email Marketing
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and organic traffic

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Founder
  • Marketing Team
  • Creator Ecosystem Team
  • Product Team

to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

QualificationsRequired

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or editorial leadership
  • Strong understanding of content-driven brand building
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience managing content calendars and campaigns
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Home & Living
  • Furniture
  • Wellness
  • Sleep
  • Yoga
  • Interior Design
  • Lifestyle Brands

Experience with brands such as:

  • Casper
  • Brooklinen
  • Purple
  • Sunday Citizen

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
